The image of the Mendeleevsky and Tukaevsky Districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was received on July 16, 2017 from SPOT 7 satellite.

Nizhnekamsk Reservoir, dams and wells can be seen on the image as well as the city of Mendeleevsk, located on the right bank of the Kama River and on its tributary Toima River, 238 km from Kazan and 20 km from Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga.

At the bottom of the image there is the Borovetsky Forest — the part of the National Park “Nizhnyaya Kama”. In the territory of the Borovetsky forest there is a unique forest park of Kzyl-Tau, in which rare mushrooms, plants and shrubs grow, and also rare birds nest.

In the right part of the image there is the Ozyornoye oil field.
